I've never done this before, how do I order shirts?
Give us a call or stop in, have in mind how many shirts you'll need, what you want on them and where the print is going. We'll take care of the rest! Once we complete the art we'll e-mail a proof for approval.
Can you print just one shirt?
No, with the time and material we'd have into printing just one or even three shirts, it's too costly.
What is your minimum?
We have a minimum of 12 for a one to three color print, if your shirt has a four or five color print there is a minimum of 24. Even if you come back and order more of the same shirts, there is still a minimum.
Can I get the shirts from you or do I have to bring the shirts?
We can get a variety of different shirts, 100% Gildan, Anvil or Hanes to print or if you have shirts you'd like printed we can do that too.
How long does it take to get my shirts?
We can usually fill an order in 7-10 days.
Do you do embroidery?
No
Why do dark shirts cost more to order?
Because they're more expensive to buy blank, and it's harder to print on them. Dark shirts, in general, cost about $1 more even before they're printed. In addition, we usually have to print extra layers of ink for your design to look good.
Do I have to pay the screen/set-up charges if I come back again to order more shirts?
If you are ordering shirts with the exact same design as the first order and it's within 30 days then no. But if the design is different or it's after 30 days, yes.
Do you do names and numbers?
Yes, for an extra charge we can apply names and numbers to the front, back or sleeves of shirts.
What material are your shirts made of, are they pre-shrunk?
All of the T-shirts printed here are premium 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Some American Apparel brand shirts will shrink up to a full size. Sweat shirts and hoodies are heavyweight 50/50 blend.
Do the shirts run true to size?
The Hanes run a little small in all sizes and the Gildan run big in the youth sizes.
